Exclusive Vehicle Contracts Limited (EVC) is a family-owned business, founded in 1996, providing direct vehicle leasing and temporary hire solutions to corporations across the UK. Unlike a broker, EVC owns and finances the vehicles it provides, meaning customers deal directly with the company responsible for their vehicle – from credit approval through to delivery and maintenance.

A former Formula 3000 (Formula 2) racing driver and team owner, Gary Evans entered the Contract Hire industry in 1990 before founding EVC Ltd in 1996.

Sara Evans, Finance Director at EVC since 1996, brings extensive financial experience from her previous roles at NatWest and Coutts Bank.

As a Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry, Mike Good brings over 40 years’ experience across the motor trade, from dealership management to leasing and Contract Hire. He has built longstanding customer relationships since joining EVC in 2003.

Phil started his career working in fast-fit garages before moving into vehicle procurement and fleet management for some of the UK’s biggest blue chip companies. He joined EVC Ltd in 2011 and really values the culture and flexibility to react instantly to customers’ needs.

With over 40 years’ experience in the banking, corporate finance and fleet management industries, Simon Luddington is extremely proud to be part of the EVC Ltd management team since 2018.

Office Manager
Shirley Scott brings over 20 years’ experience in the motor industry, beginning her career promoting new vehicles through track days, exhibitions and pop-up shops. She has spent the last 10 years at EVC Ltd, where she manages invoicing and work approvals, while also supporting the vehicle delivery process.
